Costs depend primarily on the number of employees and payroll runs, plus specifics such as withholding tax or shift allowances. After the initial call you receive a transparent, non-binding quote – usually with a fixed price per payslip so your costs stay predictable.
The entire payroll administration: monthly payroll runs, payslips, 13th month salary and bonuses, registrations with social insurance schemes, withholding tax, family allowances, accident and sickness reports, year-end work and salary certificates. You decide the scope – from partial service to complete outsourcing.
Swissdec is the Swiss standard for electronic payroll data exchange (ELM). Certified payroll software transmits the annual filings directly and uniformly to AHV compensation funds, insurers and tax authorities – reducing effort and sources of error. We work with the Swissdec-certified payroll of bexio.
For foreign employees without a permanent residence permit, tax is deducted directly from the salary. We determine the correct tariffs, settle monthly with the cantonal tax offices and take tariff changes into account, for example after a change of marital status.
Special payments such as the 13th month salary, premiums, bonuses or profit sharing are calculated correctly – including the right treatment for social insurance and withholding tax. Holiday, shift and expense schemes are mapped cleanly as well.
Yes. You approve changes and salary adjustments, receive all reports and can have direct access to the system if you wish. Your data is hosted in Switzerland – nothing happens without your approval.
The easiest handover is at the start of the year, but mid-year is possible too – we then take over the existing payroll data cumulatively. We are usually ready to start within a few weeks; in urgent cases, such as the loss of your current solution, we prioritise accordingly.
We run payroll in bexio as standard and migrate your data from your current solution. This gives you fully digital processes and – if desired – a direct connection to your financial accounting.
